Our Rooms for Hire

  • Hillyer Hall

    This is the main hall in the Community Centre. It is a multi-purpose room suitable for a variety of group activities. It can accommodate up to xxx people for a sit down function.

  • Ash Room

    Ash is one of two rooms predominantly used for meetings. It can accommodate up to xx people. It is also used for small group activities.

  • Beech Room

    Beech is one of two rooms predominantly used for meetings. It can accommodate up to xx people. It is also used for small group activities.

  • Ash & Beech Rooms

    These rooms are formed by pulling back the partition between them to create a bigger space for larger group meetings. It also makes it suitable space for holding children’s parties.

  • Marquee

    The Marquee provides an extra covered area next to The Aviary bar to enable seating for more people. It’s also used for outdoor events such as BBQ’s and the like.

  • Football Pitch

    AFC Cedars are based at the Community Centre so use this as their main pitch. The pitch is also used by other clubs for matches and training. There are shower facilities (men & women) within the Community Centre dedicated for use by footballs using the pitch.

Important note on venue hire for party celebrations: Rooms are available to be hired for party celebrations which are to be attended by children up to and including 12 years old and under adult supervision. Please note, for parties a compulsory insurance charge of 10% is added to the hire price.
